Yorkshire family firm DP Squared snapped up by global engineering giant

Global consultancy DeSimone Consulting Engineering has swooped for a Yorkshire family firm in an undisclosed deal.
The New York based business with offices around the world has acquired structural engineering firm DP Squared Ltd, which is based in Hebden Bridge, to build upon its UK headquarters in central London.
DP Squared was launched in 2004 by Darren and Deborah Paine and has maintained a strong presence in the North of England, with a particular wealth of experience in Manchester having designed five out of six of Manchester’s tallest buildings.
