Michelin has named a restaurant in Wales the best new opening in this year’s Guide. Aberyswyth’s SY23 was opened in 2019 by co-owner and chef Nathan Davies, who is taking part in this year’s Great British Menu programme on BBC Two. It has won rave reviews since then and was recently added to the Michelin Guide for 2022.
