
Internet service provider Truespeed teamed up with Valley Fest to provide connectivity for small businesses and traders.
The Bath-based alt-net provided the network and WiFi connectivity for the festival in the Chew Valley countryside, which took place between August 3-6.
Over the course of the three days, the festival and all of it’s traders, from pizza and burger vendors, to yoga instructors and spas, were powered by the full fibre broadband provider, Truespeed. The festival operated a 100% cashless system for the 10,000 crowd, which were equipped with an RFID-enabled wristband which also served as a digital-wallet during the festival period.
