Trio of property deals signed in West Midlands

A trio of property deals have been secured in the West Midlands.
Octagon Business Centre in Birmingham has welcomed a brace of new tenants to the estate.
Cygnet Food Group, a Caribbean food seasoning company, has committed to a five-year term on a 2,146 sq ft unit while gaming tech outfit PC Boost has taken 2,086 sq ft, also for five years.
The double deal means the estate in the city’s Aston district is now fully let. In addition, Pegasus Industrial Services has signed up for space on Granada Trading Estate, in Oldbury.
