The top two floors of Newcastle’s newest office Bank House will soon be filled following a letting deal with workspace provider Cubo.
The flexible office provider has acquired 20,000 sqft across the two floors of the office, which represents the first phase of a major regeneration of Pilgrim Street in the city centre.
