Tekmar Group business to complete acquisition of Ryder Geotechnical

Subsea engineering group Tekmar has struck a deal to acquire the remaining shares in Ryder Geotechnical, four years on from its acquisition of a majority stake in the firm.
Investors on the London Stock Exchange were told Tekmar’s AgileTek Engineering business will complete an option to acquire the remaining share capital in Ryder following its 2019 deal for 80% of the consultancy.
