Tech firm SafetyCulture plans to recruit as it opens swish city office

An in-house chef, a bar, a games room and a purple pool table – Australian tech unicorn SafetyCulture is pulling out all the stops with its new office as it bids to expand in Manchester.
The Australian tech firm is planning to almost double its workforce in the city and has moved to a new home at Bond, a grand Victorian bank in Mosley Street.
SafetyCulture was founded by Luke Anear in a garage in Queensland to focus on health and safety software. The company is now valued at £1.38bn.
The business currently has some 65 people in Manchester, which serves as its European base, but is now looking to grow that to more than 100.
