
Boosting innovation in their respective local economies is at the heart of a new collaboration between Queens University Belfast and Birmingham’s Aston University, the two seats of learning have said.
They announced a Memorandum of Understanding designed to allow the collaboration on projects, funding and investment opportunities, one which helps support existing and developing businesses.
It will focus on developing innovation capability linked to business needs, boost entrepreneurship and new businesses and also target initiatives for skills and entrepreneurship.
