
An opportunity to run a famous North Wales restaurant that’s been with the same family for 75 years has been announced.
The Lobster Pot in Church Bay was started several decades ago by John and Frieda Wilson.
They came to Anglesey to turn a holiday cottage into a guest house that then changed into one of the best-known restaurants in the region – with the lobster freshly landed next to the site.
John ran it himself until retirement in 1960 and it was then run for the family by Gwyn Davies – who was also later married into the family – for nearly three decades.
