North Wales coastal strip with development potential put up for auction by regeneration giant

A strip of land on the North Wales coastline has been put up for auction by a regeneration giant. The 60 acre site close to Bagillt and Holywell includes 12 acres earmarked for industrial use in the Local Development Plan. It is owned by the regeneration specialists NPL Group but they have now placed it up for auction with BidX1. The auction will take place on Thursday February 17 – with a guide price of between £650,000-£750,000.
