The developers of a recently approved new hotel for the Titanic Quarter have withdrawn an appeal to make maximum stays there as long as 180 days.
A council officer at the recent meeting of the Belfast City Council Planning Committee said the request by the JMK Group was “more akin to a residential use” and told elected members the group had withdrawn its request in the light of new planning regulations and reduced it to 90 days.
