London heritage expertise lands at Grimsby’s Kasbah conservation zone

Conservation specialists have been appointed to shape a new management plan for Grimsby’s Kasbah heritage hotspot.The tightly knit cluster of Victorian docks buildings is to be overseen by Alan Baxter Ltd. Designated as a protected area in 2017, with the distinctive and special character of a “unique set of industrial buildings” highlighted, the company will work with North East Lincolnshire Council and other partners – including current and future occupiers – to provide solutions and guidance on taking them forward.
