L&C Mortgages is set to relocate to a new head office in Bath.
The broker, which employs more than 450 people in the city, is moving from Beazer House on Lower Bristol Road – its base for more than 20 years – to the Newark Works development on the Bath Quays. L&C said its new office, which has been created by local workplace design company Interaction, would provide around 4,850 sq ft of space and accommodate it worker’s flexible and hybrid working patterns.
