Infrastructure work for a major employment site in Bridgend has been completed.The work at the Welsh Government-owned Brocastle site, which extends to 116 site next to now closed Ford engine plant, included the construction of new roads and provision of utilities to serve nine plateaux. There is outline planning consent for up to 770,000 sq ft of floor space with the Welsh Government seeking private sector developers. Property advisory firm JLL is marketing the site.
