Henry Brothers wins £7m University of Nottingham Castle Meadow Campus contract

Henry Brothers Construction has won a £7 million contract to help develop the University of Nottingham’s newly acquired Castle Meadow Campus. The university bought the landmark office complex at the end of 2021, which was on the market for more than £36 million
The land was home to HMRC – law firm Brown Jacobson is still based there – prior to it being sold by Mapeley Steps and Malabar Investment Holdings. The university wants to create an enterprise campus on the 9 acre site which sits in Castle Meadow Road at the foot of Nottingham Castle.
