The brand that will operate Manchester’s newest five-star hotel has been revealed. W Hotels will launch 162 rooms at Gary Neville’s £400m St Michael’s development in the city centre during the first three months of 2027.
W Hotels is part of the Marriott International group which has a major commercial deal with Manchester United – Neville’s old Premier League club. An exact opening date has not yet been confirmed.
It has also been announced that 217 apartments within the St Michael’s scheme will be operated by W Residences, which also forms part of the Marriott group. The flats are set to go on sale in Novemb …
