Approval for housing near Exeter secured for major development

A housebuilder has secured planning permission to build 135 new homes near Exeter as part of a major new development.
Persimmon Homes South West has been given the green light to start the third phase of the housing project at Mosshayne on the eastern outskirts of the Devon city, where the company is looking to build a total of 900 properties.
The latest phase will consist of 32 one-bed, 51 two-bed, 44 three-bed, six four-bed, and two five-bed homes as part of the plans, with 19 two-beds and 15 three-beds made available as social and affordable housing for local people.
