Ambitious IT and telecommunications firm Flotek Group has made its ninth acquisition in 18 months. The Cardiff-based startup has bought Ikona IT Solutions for an undisclosed amount in a deal advised on by the GS Verde Group.
This is the ninth deal by the fast-growing firm since it was established in April 2022, as it continues its acquisition-fuelled growth. The company has previously acquired Andover-based FlexiNet, Gower Business Systems, Plymouth IT firm MazingTree and Swansea’s Cloud9ine Communications and Liberty Solutions as well as ECS Solutions, Saecom and Toolk-IT, to facilitate its geographical and service expansion.
