Gloucestershire plant hire firm expands range with £1.5m investment

A Gloucestershire-based plant and tool hire firm has invested £1.5m in new equipment.
WHC Hire, which has depots in Tewkesbury, Worcester and Chipping Norton, supplies contractors, civil engineers, groundwork contractors, builders and other commercial clients.
The company, founded in 1997, has now added 25 excavators made by machinery firm Kubota to its fleet.

The firm said the new gear would be rolled-out across all of its three sites, with the company having already expanded its range this year with new all-terrain vehicles, dumper trucks and petrol log splitters.
